XETLEY S.A. is a Specialty Pharmaceutical Company focused on the manufacturing, registration and marketing of specialized biotechnology and pharmaceuticals products; providing a broad product line of high impact branded generics, bio-similars, orphan medicines and innovator drugs. This broad combination of specialties has enabled us to grow significantly over the past several years and we will continue to do everything possible to exceed our customer’s expectations regarding value, quality and service.
Since its founding, our company has focused on providing pharmaceutical and biological niche drugs in our core areas of Hemato-Oncology, Kidney Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lysosomal Storage Diseases. XETLEY has established a network of quality-focused distributors and wholesalers to supply the private market, while it takes full responsibility for all regulatory, sales and marketing efforts in Government tenders as well as hospitals and institutional segments.
Our strength is derived from our understanding of the local markets, having an eye for identifying segments of unmet medical needs and an experienced Sales Organization. We have a strong commitment to the patients we treat and for a few drugs, XETLEY is the sole supplier in some geographies across the region. During its tenure, XETLEY has contributed with effective solutions for barriers on education, access, and cost that provide hope and improve the quality of life of patients.

We are extremely selective about the composition of our products, preferring prestigious suppliers of API and Finished Formulations with sterling reputations and trajectory. We comply and excel with all applicable laws and regulations concerning product quality and patient safety in the countries where we operate. XETLEY only collaborates with suppliers that are competent and efficient with quality products, often from jurisdictions considered from high regulatory vigilance (Level 4 category) that follow and comply with WHO recommendations. Each manufactured batch is tested using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the quality, purity and potency of the finished formulations. We often conduct independent testing on some delicate products, where absolute efficacy and stability must be confirmed.
